Our pilot coater offers 19 different coating systems. We can use this capability to work with you to develop a new process/product to bring to market. Our pilot coater design enables the developed process to be scalable from development to production.
Our converting capabilities consist of die cutting, sheeting and slitting (razor or score). The maximum width for slitting is 62”. All die cutting/sheeting/and printing is available for web widths up to 7”. Rewinding, warehousing, skidding and drop shipping are included in this service. We can handle any capacity issues (overflow, specialty) you may be faced with.
